Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the U.S., U.S. territories, and Canada.
I paid for expedited shipping and my order is taking longer than the shipping time. What does that mean?
Expedited shipping only affects the time an order spends in transit, once shipped. For example, when selecting two-business day shipping, your order will process in the stated processing time and will be in transit for 2 business days.
The tracking for my order says it's delivered, but I haven’t gotten it yet. What should I do?
If the tracking information from your order is marked as delivered but it is not received, we advise you to reach out to the carrier for more information or to file a claim. Unisport Soccer does not accept any responsibility once the carrier has successfully marked the package as delivered.
The tracking for my order says “returned to the original sender”. What does that mean for my order?
If an order is “Returned to Sender”, our team will contact you through your account email to confirm your shipping address. Once confirmed, we will reprocess the shipment for delivery.*
*This process will occur once the order has arrived at our facility.
I selected ‘Ship To Store’ - How long do I have to pick it up?
You have 30 days from the date marked “ready for pickup” to pick up your order. Please be advised orders in excess of 30 days will be shipped to the address on your account and a charge of $9.99 will be prompted to your original payment method.
